Production Designer (6 months maternity cover)

Rhinegold is looking to recruit a maternity cover placement for a Production Designer role in its busy but friendly Design department.
Responsibilities include setting and amending listings for Rhinegold Directories, liaising with advertisers to ensure that copy arrives on time, processing and typesetting advertisements and laying out advertising pages across a range of titles.
Thorough knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat is essential.
The successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner, be articulate, organised, work well under pressure and have a high regard for attention to detail.
The position would cover October 2010 to March 2011 with potential for extension depending on circumstances.

Advertising Sales

Rhinegold Publishing is currently looking for members of staff to join its advertising sales team. You will ideally have some experience in sales but this isn't essential.
What we're looking for are people that are keen to perform well in a successful team. You should have a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills. You will need to be a motivated, hard worker who is keen to advance their career as well as being organised and capable of working to strict deadlines.
This is an excellent vacancy for any recent graduate. Our publications are the leading classical music and music education magazines in the UK so some interest in this field is desirable.
