Sarteano Chamber Choral Conducting Workshop

A collaborative music workshop for conductors, music educators and singers who are interested in rehearsal techniques and love singing in a chamber choral setting. Simon Carrington (formerly of Yale and co-founder of The King’s Singers) leads a daily 4.5hr masterclass on rehearsal techniques; Bronislawa Falinska (University of Padua and De Labyrintho) conducts new repertoire from all eras; and Brian O’Connell (Boston Conservatory, University of Massachusetts/Lowell) explores techniques to create a vibrant chamber ensemble. There are three possible tiers of participation: Full Conductor, Conducting Auditor, and Singer.
