Rhinegold is looking to recruit a maternity cover placement for a Production Designer role in its busy but friendly Design department.
Responsibilities include setting and amending listings for Rhinegold Directories, liaising with advertisers to ensure that copy arrives on time, processing and typesetting advertisements and laying out advertising pages across a range of titles.
Thorough knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat is essential.
The successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner, be articulate, organised, work well under pressure and have a high regard for attention to detail.
The position would cover October 2010 to March 2011 with potential for extension depending on circumstances.

Fakenham Choral Society in North Norfolk is seeking a new Musical Director from January, 2011. All-age, all-ability choir with over 90 members . Varied repertoire including both sacred and secular music.
Three concerts a year with professional soloists and orchestra. Rehearsals Tuesday evenings from September to June. Applicants should be able to deliver exciting and enjoyable rehearsals, conduct choir and orchestra at concerts and suggest and select soloists. We are looking for someone good at encouraging people and who has a sense of humour.

We enjoy developing our repertoire and seek a Musical Director with the ability to deliver exciting and enjoyable rehearsals to a high musical standard and who is able to inspire confidence in singers with varied musical ability. The Musical Director will work closely with the choir committee in determining the content of concerts and the future of the choir.
Rehearse on Monday evenings 7.45 – 9.30 which lead to 3-4 performances a year.
