Casio and Bechstein announce new Grand Hybrid models9:45, 3rd September 2019
Casio Music UK, in collaboration with C Bechstein, has today announced the release of two new models in the Celviano Grand Hybrid range
The GP-310 and GP-510 models boast a new speaker system providing enhanced sound projection and reinforced bass reproduction. An improved touch response offers greater control of sound and more dynamic contrast.
The award-winning Celviano Grand Hybrid pianos feature full length wooden keys and a moving hammer mechanism, as found in acoustic pianos, combined with the benefits of digital technology. Pianists can choose from three traditional grand piano sounds: Berlin, Hamburg and Vienna. The new models require no maintenance of their sounds or action.
Neil Evans, head of Casio Music UK, commented: ‘We are incredibly proud of achieving yet another innovation milestone with the release of the latest Celviano Grand Hybrid piano models. This opens up a world of opportunity and new experiences for those seeking the grand sound of a classical instrument combined with the best and latest in technology.’
The GP-310 and the GP-510 models will be available to purchase from late September 2019. The RRP of the GP-310 will be £2,735, with the GP-510 at £3,895.
