Yamaha launches competition to win Jamie Cullum’s piano

1:05, 26th March 2020

Schools, charities and community groups could be in with a chance of winning Jamie Cullum’s Yamaha S6 grand piano. Entrants must write and record an original song that demonstrates how the S6 grand could inspire more music-making and creativity in their community. Entries will be judged on melody, composition, originality and lyrics.

Cullum said, ‘If you’re a school, charity or community group this is a truly amazing opportunity. This phenomenal instrument has been living in my studio for a few years now and I’ve written loads of songs on it. It’s coming out with me one last time on my 2020 Taller tour, and then… it could be yours!’

The competition will close on 31 October, with the winner to be selected by Cullum and announced on 30 November. To find out more and submit an entry, visit uk.yamaha.com
