Andrew has been writing, talking and broadcasting about music and the music industry for over three decades. After initially plotting a career as a light baritone, Andrew then worked as an artist manager, representing the likes of Mitsuko Uchida, the Endellion String Quartet and Julian Lloyd Webber. For Radio 3 he has presented such programmes as In Tune, Proms broadcasts and dozens of documentaries. As a journalist Andrew has written for a string of national newspapers and journals – and especially for a range of Rhinegold titles. Among his current projects are books on Vaughan Williams and Clara Butt.
